There is no need to sign up online for daily Masses! Parishioners are welcome to come for daily Mass without reserving anything beforehand. However, to continue following the protocols set by our bishop, those who come for daily Mass will still be required to give a name and a phone number to the usher upon entering the church. Masks will still need to be worn at all times in the building. Ushers will still escort attendees to pews upon arrival, dismiss them for Holy Communion, and dismiss them at the end of Mass to ensure that proper distances are kept.
Clarification on Sunday Mass Sign-up and Daily Masses
In response to Governor Pritzker's Mitigations for Region 1 (effective October 25, 2020), Bishop Malloy has clarified that: "None of Governor Pritzker’s rules applies to sacramental gatherings. Sacramental gatherings include: Masses, baptisms, weddings, funerals, First Holy Communion events, Confirmation events, confessions. To determine the allowable attendance at sacramental gatherings, follow 'Back in His Presence' rules ... which currently permit attendance to a maximum of 30% of capacity of the room, provided social distancing can be accomplished." Hence the Governor's Mitigations do not change our current practice for Mass attendance. To make a reservation to attend Sunday Mass please follow the instructions below.
